order procedure

We require a deposit before we assemble your order. All products state the deposit we require.

After we have received your deposit if you change your mind and want to cancel your order for any reason your deposit is non refundable.

The balance paid before your order leaves our factory.

Orders picked up from the manufacturers factory in Kelmscott WA by the purchaser or the purchasers courier Monday - Saturday between 12pm - 3pm. Note: we cannot arrange delivery.
